Walter followed up within 30 minutes via phone and he was just lovely to deal with. He listened to what I was looking to do and My budget and showed me My options. He gave me options, and explained everything and had me set up with in 20 minutes with me being ready to move in with minutes. Great Customer Service!! I would recommend Extra Space to anyone looking. Very easy to deal with!
Second time using this facility, and once again impressed. The online booking process has been streamlined. Walter was friendly and courteous, and I was able to inquire about and book a unit quickly, with all questions and concerns addressed. I would highly recommend Montville Extra Space Storage!
I had a great time at extra space in Montville. I talked to Cindy over the phone first before heading over and when I got there Jeremy showed my mom and I some awesome sized storage units. Literally the best experience you could ask for during such a stressful time while we’re moving. They’re the best! I recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a painless move !
