Absolutely great service Michael was awesome and was very knowledgeable gave me all the information very organized and prepared, showed us our unit showed us how to access the unit and in my book that’s a five star service far better place then some of the other storage units I’ve been too!!! Highly recommend!!!
I had the nicest experience getting a unit in the Flanders location at the time of my move in, There was a lady there, her name is Madonna, she was covering that day in Flanders, She answered all my needs and questions helped me since I have a disability, I have been with extra space off & on for years, I have referred many many people to extra space storage just the other day my niece was in need of a storage and of course I reminded her about extra Space, she is renting from a different location, Anyway I am giving a ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f RATING due to the best experience I received for MADONNA , I only wish that all my storage needs & experience was as smooth as when I had the pleasure of interacting with MADONNA she is a 5 ⭐ufe0f on her own Thank you.
The staff is very friendly, extremely helpful. I had an issue with my garage they were ready to have it fix as soon as I ended my request. I'm very happy with Extra Storage space!!! Highly recommend!!
