Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I had booked a 50 minute deep tissue massage, and I arrived there 10 minutes ahead of schedule. My massage was supposed to start at 5:00pm, but then the masseuse didn’t come get me until well past 5:07, then by the time I was settled in the room, it was around 5:12. She had ended the massage at exactly 5:50pm, so I hardly even had a 40min massage, let alone the 50 that I paid for. Cost for that came in well over $100 and definitely not worth it. I needed a strong masseuse and kept mentioning to go stronger, but the pressure never did. Still have huge knots in my shoulders. I definitely will not be returning. There are much better places with better service/pricing.

I called and made an appointment for the Himalayan salt massage for 100 minutes. Somehow it was not booked as such and was given a basic massage for 80 minutes. A vast difference in what poor communication makes. I’ve been to many many spas in the past and this is by far my least favorite. The masseuse was not great either. Furthermore this establishment is too commercial for me. I prefer a boutique style spa. I live for the experience not just for the service. I did rate it 2 stars because the spa was clean and staff was polite.

This location was so professional and clean. The ladies behind the desk were so informative and very helpful. With their help, I was able to pick out the perfect spa package.

Christy was amazing! Everyone please go see her for facials - you will not regret it. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she was friendly and welcoming. As a person who finds it super difficult to relax, Christy made it a breeze. Thank you Christy!!!

The receptionists don't even look up when you walk in, they make it feel like you're at a doctor's office. Every other location I've been to has been so much more friendly.
