I had a great experience at Massage Envy. I would definitely recommend going here. My massage therapist name was Alex and he was very professional and attentive. It was my very first massage ever and he made me feel comfortable. I would definitely be back.

The staff are amazing. Brianna at the front desk was soooo sweet and very welcoming. Lover her energy! All the therapists know what they are doing. Definitely recommend!! Coming Back Soon!!

I’ve been a massage therapist for 13 years and it’s really disappointing to get a massage and leave stressed out afterwards. During my time I have found 1 amazing therapist But today I found my 2nd. His name is Alex and he was hands down On point with everything I wanted. He knows his muscles, origins and insertions. His hands felt smooth like butter. He was professional and he listened to what I needed! I was using my hours that accumulated during COVID and I had already cancelled my membership. However, today I was so happy with Alex, that I reinstated my account and will forever be his client!nLet’s not forget the staff, everyone that I know so far which is Steph at front desk was super nice and very professional. Thank you Massage Envy of Metuchen!

My experience with Metuchen messages envy reception and booking was so pathetic that I faced the worst customer treatment ever.nnI booked my appointment one week before.nnI even called an hour before to confirm that I have booking today and I reached there 15 min before.nnThe lady on phone confirmed but when I arrived on the reception, lady on reception refused that there is no appointment on my name and claimed that she just got in the office and her shift just started.nwow, irresponsible management ,nirresponsible staff,nvery unprofessional.nnShe called her manager Jordan who actually booked my appointment and that person had no clue whynNo appointment was booked and total mismanagement.nWhen I asked to wrote a complain there is no system....nNo wonder why.....nPlease don’t go there and save your time.
