Returned to spa for 1st time since pandemic for an Infrared Sauna which not only improved asthmatic breathing But reduced exercise soreness. Omg the sauna was the perfect temperature, clean and relaxing. I was able to meditate with the lights off and felt invigorated upon completion.nHighly recommend this place: clean, friendly professional staff and following COVID safety.

I’ve been to other places and some of them are dirty this place was super super clean I love float therapy ,I was so excited to learn that there’s one right here in Tottenville as a massage therapist I know how good for l floatation helps as well as massage ,Speaking of which, were nice enough to even let me leave Massage business cards there ud83dude0athe place is absolutely stunning , the decor ,everything the fact that they have a crystal room and a sauna room is a huge plus I would definitely check out this place you will not be disappointed‼ufe0fud83dude0a

In this time of virus, virus and more virus — people are stressed, high blood pressure, headaches and some are long haulers suffering from additional fatigue, brain fog, shaky/wobbly legs and shortness of breathe - feeling as you are running like a half charged battery. Recently, I read an article about Actress G. Paltrow using infrared sauna to cleanse the toxins and inflammation from her body. Bob, Norma and Jenn (Lee family) did not miss a step in this beautiful CLEAN detox and reset Spa. I enjoyed every minute and look forward to much healing here. Epson salt is a long time favorite of mine- I can’t imagine how great floating in 1,000 lbs of it would cleanse every toxin! Where conventional meds stop - we need to go back to nature to find the way to heal.
