Such a wonderful experience at the Hand and Stone located in Staten Island! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! Cannot wait to visit again!!

Only been here once but it was very warm and welcoming. The staff were super helpful and not pushy when it comes to buying either products or booking future appointments. My masseur was wonderful, very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Definitely worth a trip. Decently priced

Today I went to Hand and Stone with my daughter and it was absolutely wonderful! I had such a relaxing facial with Jessica, she was great and gentle. The girls in the reception area were sweet and friendly, it was warm, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place it really was relaxing and stress-free. I became a member today and I am so excited to go back next month!

This was my first experience at hand and stone. I enjoyed my facial and experience there and would go again.

My niece bought me a gift certificate for Christmas she lives in New Jersey. The gift certificate was for a signature facial that's all it said on the gift certificate a signature facial, I went to the one in Staten Island made my appointment told them it was a gift certificate for a signature facial. When I went in I paid an extra $20 to have an upgraded facial I had a wonderful facial, But when I went out to pay the $20 plus tax the woman behind the desk decided to charge me an extra $10 because Staten Island prices were $10 more when I said that's not fair she agreed went to the back to talk to the manager who proceeded to tell me no I have to pay the $10 more not to make a scene for $10 I paid it but I will never ever return there again. They lost a future customer over $10. Stupid Manager... UPDATE... I posted a review on a how did we do e-mail saying what happened. The owner/manager called me today to apologize and gave me my 10 in a. Credit and that's fine. Stating she was not there that day. I will say I'm satisfied that she called me back and resolved the issue good Business.
