I LOVE THIS PLACE i get the best treatment . They understand my view in what i want. They walk me through what is best for my hair and face. They give me the greatest advise. You get the best color hair and the moment you step out of the salon you get compliments on your hair. I recommend this place to everyone i talk to about my hair.

This salon is the worst. They are completely unprofessional. I had my hair colored here and they left the bleach in too long. I had to go somewhere else and pay triple to have the color corrected. Do your self a favor and save your money and time!

I am in town for an extended period of time for work, and my hair situation was getting desperate. I found Physical Features in a general search, but the positive reviews are what caught my eye.nnIt's always nerve-wracking to test out a new hair place... all I can say is that I got very lucky that I made the decision to call them up.nnThey were able to see me immediately (and on a Saturday, no less!)nnPhylis was my stylist. She was extremely outgoing and easy to talk to - she immediately made me feel right at home.nnBottom line: I walked out of the salon with the BEST haircut I have EVER had. Additionally, Phylis took the time to actually teach me how to style my hair, step-by-step.nnI had a completely positive experience and I will not bother trying any other places in the area. Thanks, guys!

I wish i could give this place no stars. Dont go here unless you want you hair ruined.
