Easy to rent. I did it right online and didn't even have to stop in the office. They even gave me a free lock. I got to pick my own pin number. Super easy. Prices better than most... 5x10 for $89
Great and quick service!! I reserved my unit online. Ken and Megan contacted me immediately to help with any questions, no pressure to rent the unit. Prices are reasonable compared to other storage facilities in the area. No complaints here.
Great over the phone service! Amanda worked with me and it was quick and she gave easy instructions to follow. If you go to this storage spot ask for her!!!
The customer service was great, she was friendly and helpful. The access was easy and never a hasle to get to. The payments started off reasonable but increased about 35 dollars every 6 month which was only known through email and never did the rates decreased. Ive clear that storage out first chance i got after returning from Korea because paying that much was totally not worth it.
Ken is truly an asset to Extra Space Storage. I dreaded purchasing storage space as I thought I would be presented with a sales pitch for everything under the sun related to storage. It was the exact opposite. Ken was very kind and made what I thought would be a complicated drawn out process super duper easy. Thanks to Ken for the positive experience I had today.
