This is the worst terminal I’ve ever been to, it’s unorganized, the yard is extremely messy and impossible to find a place to drop your trailer, lord forbid you have to pick up a trailer you’ll have a hard time getting it out. Theirs only one person in the office and she left 4 times in counting within the hour I was there, and the last time she got in her personal vehicle and pulled off. I was stuck at the gate trying to exit for about 15 minutes; I even called the office 5 times with no answer then when I left to get back in my truck she comes strolling into the parking lot. By that time another driver was behind me waiting to leave as well. I asked if she could let me out and she apologized and just opened the gate.nnI wouldn’t recommend this terminal to anyone it’s small, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. I was even told that I couldn’t drop my T-Call if I couldn’t find parking, (as she answers her cell phone on speaker), just terrible I wanted to rate this a zero!

What a joke . It’s like being parked on the side of the road. Nothings there It’s just say small fee parking for trucks
Truck went into shop and lady and guy was really rude. Got told I’d be called when it was ready didn’t hear anything so I show up it’s magically ready. Like tf
Interestingly very small for a mega company terminal. Prepare to be limited on movement, with a big rig n trailer
