I needed to move a few heavy and large items to a rental home in another state but did not require a moving company. I incurred the expense of moving the items and found the process reasonable in cost, reliable and easy. This was my first time using PODS and am satisfied with the entire process.
PODS was the best solution for our needs. We sold our house before closing on our new house. We needed to move out, and was able to store our contents at PODS storage facility, until closing on our home. Worked out perfectly. Thank God!
Had an amazing experience with PODS. Anthony Beverly dropped off and picked up our POD. He was right at the start of the time window they gave us which never happens. On top of that, he had been given the incorrect phone number and address but still managed to get to us. Such a pleasant and easy experience. We can not say enough good things! I've found that my experience with PODS was very easy and convenient. They came to my house when they said that they would. They were on time and very courteous. The opening and closing of the unit was easy for both men and women of any age. They are great when you need to organize a room or rooms in a house and you want to store your objects from the rooms so that you can have a clean slate to work with. I will probably use them again in the future and recommend to friends.
Super easy to arrange and very affordable. Customer service was off the charts good to representatives on phone and pod delivery/pick up person.
