The store looks bright, clean and spacious. Items are arranged nicely on the shelves. There are signs for each category such as kitchen, bedroom, storage so it is easy to find things you are looking for. I enjoy shopping here and will come again when I need some stuff for my apartment

We came to the store last weekend to find my furry emotional support friend Rhys (Reese) a new water bowl and the wife loves Home Goods!!! We were greeted at the door coming in and on the way out. Our cashier was so sweet and all the employees who met Rhys were so nice to us. Had such a great experience even during these crazy times. Great variety. Don't expect cheap. They sound like a discount store though.

I asked the cashier for a small discount due to the fact that a hamper that I wanted to get was scratched and damaged. The cashier asked her manager if she was able to discount it and the manager said no. I asked them to clean the scratch for me and they couldn't so they said they would discount 5% but very rudely. This has been the worst service I've ever had at a Home Goods.
