Franklin Spa

I have been going to the Franklin Spa for several years and never had a mediocre massage. I suffer from chronic arthritis in my right hip with occasional lower back pain. I explain my condition to the staff and exactly where the pain is and let, Lulu, Linda and Angela work their magic. I usually put these lady through a 2 hour hard massage session and they never disappoint me. These ladies are professional, courteous and kind. I highly recommend Franklin Spa.

Upon arriving therapist was extremely rude and looking only for $ payment. Therapist massaged only 1 side of my body. I should not have tipped at all, 15% tip was too much. Therapist made a scene about getting 15% tip, she demaned 20% tip. Manager didn't understand or want to know the problem I had. Don't go there!nnYour response is nothing more than lies. I was on time and did not use your bathroom. Therapist Lulu was the one making a scene because she wanted 20%

Ok so like ignore all the bad reviews! These ladies are literally the best!! So hard working and really know what their doing!!!! Fixed so many problem areas. For the price I got way more than expected. Not to mention they where so sweet!!!!! I can’t wait to keep coming back!!

This was my first time at Franklin Spa. It was easy to set up the appointment. The place was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the massage and felt very relaxed. The hot stones was rather too good. They also use a hot towel to wipe away the oil after they massage.
