Property Managers Francis and Kristen are on point! Each time I called and I've called more times than I can count.......they were friendly, helpful and definitely professional. Jon is back, I was so happy to see him. In the past had some delivery issues but in one month back, he resolved them quickly.
Great place for storage of any thing you can imagine, service was excellent, people friendly and professional.
I have been with life storage for many years, it’s a great location, easy access, very clean, organize, more importantly customer service is at its finest with John the Manager. He isn’t just a manager, he makes you feel as if your family. Makes sure your needs come first and in my opinion that’s what a manager should be like. Unfortunately after many years I’m moving out of state and had to leave my unit, the care that John had even to help me with unloading means the man cares for his customers. Thank you John you are absolutely amazing! You will truly be missed.
Customer service was awesome. Francis was very polite and helpful. Defenetly will be coming back.
