Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Had a great experience here! I normally go to a different location, but Livingston was able to squeeze me in last minute and it was totally worth it. My massage therapist was very professional and paid the correct amount of attention to my problem areas. I left feeling infinitely better. 10/10!

Called here yesterday at 12:41pm and had an awesome phone experience with the receptionist who was so pleasant and provided a solution for us when there was no availability. She placed us on the waiting list and we felt like she went above and beyond to make customers content. This location has helped me to hold on to my membership even when I was thinking about canceling.

I was very reluctant to resume my self-care with Hand and Stone because of the current COVID 19 conditions. However I decided to throw caution to the wind. To my surprise my experience was very enjoyable. The staff was super professional. All staff and guests wore their masks ud83dude37 at all times, which made me feel comfortable.nnI booked a couples massage for the weekend of Valentine’s Day before I left. I had a massage with Joanna and she was amazing !!!! The facility was clean and followed covid protocols. Will be returning again. Parking is always easily available. Greeted promptly and politely by front desk. I drive past a closer hand and stone to go to the one in Livingston due to superior customer service.
