Easy to use and all that but there are cheaper trucks you can get from other places! Like Home Depot! They’re just as accommodating ...make things even easier actually and they’re prices are less than half of what this place charges
I had an issue recently. I rented a truck from the Butler location online. Went to Butler and the truck size I needed was not there. Needless to say, I was not happy. I called the Parsippany location. They instantly reserved a truck and had it waiting for me by the office when I arrived. Quickest checkout ever at a rental place. I appreciate that they made the effort to fix the issue.
Louis and the rest of the crew made it so easy to get a rental. I was even able to pick the truck up a day earlier to take some stress out of my move. I would absolutely recommend choosing this location for your next move.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Reserved a 16-foot truck to move this weekend and arrived this morning to be told that there was no truck. I was never called to be given a heads up. When a customer reserves a service there is a certain level of expectation and there was zero consideration to given to me from any one at Penske except to drive 30+ minutes out of my way to try another location. How is that a solution when you are charging by the mile? There’s nothing worse than trying to scramble at the last second to find a truck to move all your belongings when your whole move had been planned for months.
