Let me first say, Jessica's communication is amazing-- she was quick to respond and was so patient with me. I messaged her so many questions I thought I was going to drive her nuts!nnIt was my first time having any type of treatment on my face (I’ve never even had a facial), so I was a bit nervous about Micro-needling. Jessica was so knowledgable about her line of work and her calm energy put me at ease. She made sure that I was comfortable and asked me throughout the treatment if I was okay. Needless to say, the session went well. I am 4 days post treatment and the texture of my skin is SOOO much better and I feel like I’m glowing!nnPrior to the treatment, I let her know the concerns I had with my skin (scaring, dullness, and texture). She was very honest about what other treatment I may need for my scaring but was not pushy or trying to sell me on anything. She provided me with the proper information for a peel and told me to read more about it before making any decision. This went really far with me and I appreciated it so much.nnI’m 31 and I can’t believe I’m just starting this skincare journey but excited that I found Jessica! Jessica is AMAZING! She made my 15yr old son feel very comfortable from the moment he walked into the room which is very clean and warm which helped allow my so to relax. Jessica allowed him to play his type of music and get comfy on the bed so she can begin. My son loved it! He felt SUPER relaxed at one point he even fell asleep!! My son said he didn’t have any discomfort or pain except 1 or 2 areas which were under his nose but other than that he said it was good. When I asked him how he felt afterwards he said he felt great. I’m so happy I brought my son in for a facial with Jessica to get his face cleaned the proper way cause he is very athletic and his face gets very oily and filled with dirt which cause his breakouts. Jessica definitely did her thing she took her time and focused on every piece of his face without hurting him. Once she was complete I saw a BIG difference in his face it looked so clean and refreshed. My son was one happy camper! The next day he did have some bumps and a little redness but today all that is gone and his face looks amazing! I definitely will be bringing him back in a few weeks I might just get one for myself!! I definitely recommend Jessica I can’t say it enough she is AMAZING!
