The best storage place ever. So clean and brand new. Staff is so efficient w keeping the place clean and at its best. Travis the regional manager, mike , and Arnaldo are the best when it comes to clients needs and customer service overall. They are all very friendly. After meeting them I instantly felt like I made some new friends. They made everything so easy for me. They are always there to help you w/ anything you may need. Plus , they recommend the best movers. This is my favorite storage place. If you need storage go there. Their prices are unbeatable, You will not be disappointed!!!!
Mike and his team at Metro storage in Woodridge are the best to work with ever! I have used storage facilities in the past and this has been the best experience of any of them. I will continue to work with them in the future and recommend everyone I know
Place is fantastically clean. Staff is super friendly; Mike got me going great. Plenty of carts available and the climate control is working very well.nnUnits do use a different lock mechanism (insertable cylinder) than I’m accustomed(shackles), so using my own lock was not possible. As it were, I had to get a lock either way, so no biggie for me.nnHighly recommended business!!
This place is amazing. The staff is awesome and super helpful. The units are clean and spacious my experience with Metro Wood Ridge is exceptional!! Would recommend to everyone!
The staff is impeccable and everything was easily explained. The prices are reasonable for the month to month rates. The facility itself is very clean and adhering to Covid standards. This is a very popular spot so if you can get a space, I highly recommend.
