Excellent place to shipping
This freight company needs to be put out of business. They use to do things right. My last shipment-- they claim they lost it. But I ended up going to the terminal were it was, walked right into their cargo area and spotted it within minutes. I've used them for 10 years. They will never make a dime off me again. Besides finding my lost pallets... I took one with me and said do you guys think after jerking me around for 2 weeks you can deliver? They did. The driver ended up spilling the pallet. He didn't do it on purpose but come on... How hard is it to use a pallet Jack? The kicker is they refused to give me any credit for this shipment. That's fine they don't even know they lost a client who ships about 2500 pallets a year. Whom usually uses them. Stay away from YRC. They have a skeleton crew... No one will work for them.
Booked a shipment two days in advance. To no surprise the terminal lied about the shipper rescheduling the pickup. YRC lies to customers in order to make themselves look better. Weeding through the BS with all carriers is tedious and YRC is no different.
