ZERO Stars. Whatever you do, wherever you move, just move on from Grace Van Lines. Our cross country move from NYC to Dallas included damaged belongings, destroyed belongings and even stolen belongings.nnRich is a con artist who ceased ALL communication after the payment was given. Shipment did NOT leave as reported, a third party mover was used and an extra $600 was charged to take belongings off of truck. Third party movers admitted to all of this.nnAfter sitting in a NJ warehouse, most dress shirts were ruined. Boxes were smashed, and customer service completely vanished.nnAgain, DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. I am not a rival mover. I have proof to back up all statements and will be happy to provide.
