Great facility for athletes and everyday exercisers alike. Owners are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to get your body to recover quickly. Relaxing atmosphere and no pressure or intimidation. I’ve never done a cold tub before and absolutely loved it! They have stretch and roll classes as well. Call up Jacquie anytime and she will walk you through your concerns and recommend the best option for you.

Being plagued with many old sports injuries' I was looking for a place that I could have a certified athletic trainer work with me as well as helping introduce recovery techniques to assist with my day to day comfort. At Body Lab I found both. Jacquie is knowledgeable and passionate about recovery and I've really enjoyed my time spent at Body Lab. 100% would recommend!
