Manny was SOOO HELPFUL!! He was so knowledgeable about the product and helped me to configure what would work best for my space. He was extremely patient and kind. Manny also informed me about the current promotions and financing available. It was such a great experience and it was primarily based on him. I wish I could add more stars. We went to the Salem NH store and was greeted by Manny. He was amazing. He actually helped us find multiple used covers from multiple stores. I was first surprised that he had used covers available. They had just changed out some floor models and was able to sell them to us for a great price. He didn't have enough prices so he spent more than a WEEK calling other stores and found the additional pieces we wanted. Manny thank you for your effort. Very comfortable versatile furniture but disappointed in the color selection of fabrics.
