Our sales person Jasmine was very helpful she helped us with our design for our living room set. We were very pleased with how pleasant, friendly, and patient she was with us.
My fiance and I have waited over 2 months for our 4 piece sectional we bought from this location and our sales man promised a 5-6 week turn around time for our whole order... Try another 2 more weeks and we Finally get the notifion the delivery and it's only for 1 piece of a 4 sectional given a time delivery between 3-6pm and we've now been updated that it won't be delivered until 6:30-7:05pm and the other 3 pieces still 2-6 weeks on back order... If we had known we would be waiting 3+ months for our couch we would have gone elsewhere.... Do better & BEWARE! the sales team and managers at this location will lie through their teeth to make a sale... Liars!
Very nice prices and quality and variety. Were friendly and social distancing was in effect. They took our temperatures and had some hand sanitizer at our disposal. Felt safer overall.
One star is too much stars. Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else. I’v purchased the Laurel sofa from this store months ago. When the delivery date came the delivery team sucked and could not manage to bring the furniture up the stairs. The space was not the problem because I purchased even BIGGER couches from another store and between me, my husband and my father in law we got it in the house within 10 minutes. Now I’m going back in forth with this store, the manager and corporate to get the $857.00 I’ve spent on the couches refunded to me. It’s been weeks and every time I call they have a different story. First they refund a partial of the amount and never bothered to put the other part it. When I call to question the other part I’m given the run around. Then they refund the other amount but it “accidentally” got sent into the wrong bank account. Not sure how that even happened because they manage to charge the right account when I was initially buying with no problems at all. All these issues and the managers are no help. The right hand does not know what the left is doing.nnDone purchasing from this store. Never going through this again with Bob’s.
Was looking at an item in the outlet, but was told its not available. Was told it was only a display item. Poorly marked item. Left disappointed ud83dude1e but turned it around, went to Home Depot and found something we liked even better and bought it (cheaper)
