This is my first Google review, and it is definitely well-deserved!nnJoe’s son, Jake, is fantastic. He makes all of his customers feel like they’re receiving his complete attention, even when he’s working with two or three people at once. He actually listens to what you’re looking for, gives thoughtful answers to all of your questions, and gives you all the time as you need to find your PERFECT chair. He helped me find mine, and within days, I noticed an improvement in my posture and back pain. (Plus Jake’s puppy, Cooper, is amazing.)nnBottom line: What makes Joe’s special (rather than just “good”) is how much Joe, his son, and all of his employees genuinely care about their customers. It was a very pleasant experience! I had found a humanscale chair that I was looking for a long time and emailed them over the weekend. The response was quick and reassured me that they will have the product set up for me when they reopened. They kept their word and I was helped out by Jake, who showed me the mechanics of the chair. Very chill but super helpful. For a chair that normally costs $1000+, I bought it for more than half the price. Highly recommend coming here.

After taking a good look at my old Aeron chair, which had served me well for years, I realized it was time for a replacement. But ugh, shopping for anything during the pandemic is a major pain. Then I called Joe's! An easy conversation later, I tossed my old chair in the car and drove the 45 minutes up to their store in Salem NH. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT. I traded in my chair and got an almost new one that fits me perfectly, and a safe and easy shopping experience to boot! Super satisfied and grateful!

I saw postings for office chairs on Craigslist posted by this place and we made the trip today. They had a huge selection and Joe’s son Jake was super helpful and efficient, helping a couple different groups out at the same time. I never felt pressured or rushed at all. Jake picked out a couple of chairs based on my height, my needs, my size, my price range I was looking for and I walked out with a chair and am very happy! The prices are great and I was very happy with the experience. Jakes dog Cooper is also so sweet and well trained!nnHe also politely asked someone to cover their nose with their mask which I appreciated very much
