Poor service, not enough help! Waited in drive thru lane for 30 minutes for a mobil order. Management needs to better prepare for afternoon drive time, on the weekends especially for the Indian Rock road location! Wake up DD managers!!! Very poor service! In addition, waited at the the drive up order box, no reply! Had to go to pickup window! 30 minutes wasted, I cannot reclaim!
What a well run, efficient and friendly Dunks this is! I got through the drive thru line wait of nine cars in under four minutes! The person taking orders over the intercom was the most cheerful person to take my order in quite literally years!nThey got my hold the egg request on my sandwiches, made my coffee perfectly and my TWO donuts were given to me in, get this, A BOX!! See the picture. I'm so used to them being unceremoniously dumped in a bag, chocolate frosting side down that I was actually speechless for a second. I made sure to compliment the workers and to tip them well! An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Thank you!!
Only drive up. Not enough staff to have doors open to order inside. Line went quickly!
Newly remodeling was just completed....this place is so good..... it is a dunkin donuts, but one of the better ones
