We went to the Newington store as our first stop shopping for a mattress. We have never shopped Bernie & Phyl’s before. Diane in the sleep center was wonderful. She was very busy but made us feel welcome and well attended to. She masterfully managed multiple customers at the same time and easily tuned in to our needs. She showed us several options and helped us select our new bed. She made the process effortless and enjoyable. Her knowledge and passion for making sure you pick the right bed shines. Highly recommend.nnUpdate, the bed was delivered next day! The delivery team was great. Polite, neat, worked quickly and reviewed features of the smart platform with us. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

I was out looking for a new couch.nI knew I wanted one that reclined on both ends.nShawn was great, he greeted us and pointed us in the right direction. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable, not pushy in any way.nIt didn't take long to decide on one.nThis was the BEST experience I have ever had in a furniture store.nI will definitely return.

We were extremely well taken care of by all of the people in the sleep department.....we knew exactly what we wanted, but our sales associate, Diane, she was absolutely fabulous. She showed us differences in mattresses, she took her time with us and never pressured us into anything other than what we wanted. Diane was a first rate professional in every regard, typical of all the folks we have dealt with in your organization. I would strongly recommend if anyone needs an expert on the type of mattress and bed you want, go see Diane, you will not go wrong with her.

Sharyn was wonderful and so helpful too. We fell right in love with a furniture set (all the furniture there is beautiful and great quality, it’s hard not to). She was great with helping us choose the perfect color upholstery for all the pieces and had us set up and on our way in hardly any time in all. They offer financing or you can make a down payment and pay off the rest when it’s ready to be delivered to you. It was an overall great experience and we can’t wait for our beautiful new living room set!

I found just what I was looking for. I bought 2 new leather chairs with ottoman. The leather I think is very nice, but the best part is the chairs are very comfortable for my size, which is small. The oversized chairs are too big/deep for me & my feet don't touch the floor. So these chairs fit great & are very comfortable & they look great!!nAlso my salesman was very good. I like this store because the sales staff didn't follow me around, & when I wanted help someone was right there to wait on me. Great shopping experience.
