As someone who used to work at dunkins as a shift manager, it is never okay to complain about someone’s drink especially when they are in front of you!! I get it some people get some interesting combinations but a vanilla bean coolata with a pump of pink velvet swirl it’s pretty good, there is way worse drink combinations but don’t say “oh this is nasty” or this makes me sick making it, I’ve made coffees with 15 caramel swirl 10 creams and 15 melted equals, also matcha is more gross so just be mindful how would you like it if someone, complained about making ur drink? Was a lady who was complaining. I get it not everyone’s taste buds are the same, but the manager was rly understanding and nice on the phone, just be mindful of who’s around and what you say around them!

Coffee is inconsistent. Bagels aren't ever actually toasted. Hasbrowns come out frozen. Things are just done so halfassed. I get it. Morrning rush making coffee slammed with orders! But we're talking 2 in the afternoon, no one there, and your order still comes out jacked up.

every time you get a bagel with cream cheese at this particular location you get a dry bagel hardly toasted with barely any cream cheese for both sides, yet charged extra for cream cheese?? what a waste of money

Some middle age women served me seemed new and she grabbed my doughnuts with the gloves she had on while handling money and touching cleaning supplies so thanks for ruining my morning. I’m so mad right now!

We arrived at this place for dinner. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We loved this place a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.
