I was introduced to a caramel latte tonight, by the young lady at the window. I didn't know what that was until tonight. I've cooked my whole life. This is the best flavor combination including the caramel and five sugars I have tasted in a long time. Plus the customer service was so good here. I gave her a $1.85 tip. In the tip was just for the customer service I would like to go back and give her $5 just for telling me about this drink. This thing is amazing. Good job whatever your name was and that's a great place because they actually stir your coffee. Most places in my hometown that are Dunkin donuts don't stir your coffee. Have a great day.
It's fine. Not the best, not the worst.
Ordered a frozen vanilla spice and did not receive what I ordered when I said something to the employees working they argued with me and told me it is what I asked for and when asked if they could remake it they stated no with an attitude and refused to give me a new drink. They were very argumentative and in my opinion very poor customer service.
Reading other people's reviews, I didn't experience any issues. Only a sense of nervousness from my server. Coffee ☕ was good, though my server seemed surprised I asked for decaf. Munchkins were, well, Dunkin's. You can use iPay/Android pay for purchase.nFacemasks required inside. Drive thru available.
The service was fast, the coffee was hot, and the food felt like with was heated in an oven instead of a microwave.
