They're usually really friendly and fast. Sadly though the last two times I got coffee they just didnt put the caramel swirl in and I was disappointed. This hot coffee I'm drinking now is pretty much water.

This place sets a new low for fast food. The staff isn't wearing masks correctly (or at all in a few instances), and can't get an order right if their jobs depended on it (which it clearly doesn't). Food is either burnt , undercooked, or missing. Drinks are incorrectly prepared and when you point it out, the staff sighs at you like you did something wrong.nnAvoid the place and go to literally any other Dunkin in the area, which there are multiple. I live right behind the store, and I will never visit again.
The Candia Rd location is awesome! The people are friendly and efficient! On the Go orders are right 99% of the time (tea is only hot water without the teabag! I got a good chuckle out of that!) Highly recommend.
Food was burnt and slopily put together. Iced coffee cup had caramel syrup all over it. No effort at all to provide good quality food.
