Today(03/16) 8:00 a.m.nOnce again, the manager from the Mr. Mikes on Wellington Road strikes again. They missed one of my three coffees, no problem. I go around to get my 3rd coffee, which was already paid for, the manager gave an attitude because SHE threw out the receipt and I explained that I had the order on my phone to validate. She then told me to F-off after she said F-this WHAT DO YOU WANT?! Naturally, this was not flying and I told her where she place that coffee. She then tried to tell me I'm no longer welcome to this Dunkins....Yeah Corporate, I will be calling you today.nnBTW....this was no act of coincidence. The manager has been the worst ever and we've complained about her and, of course, she's been even worse since the complaint. We have felt targeted by name because every time she hears our names her demeanor changes. We know this because we can hear how she speaks to others in front of us. This is pure retaliation on her part and no one should be treated like this! Let's see what corporates has to say.

I come here all the time and usually have decent service. On Saturday, 9/26 around 11:00am, I went inside for a larger order. During this time, the manager went off on the customer in front of me, who was never disrespectful to her at all. I was horrified to learn she was the manager when asked. I own my own business, and I could not tolerate any of my employees treating customers like that. I think the owner should be aware.

Youd think after new management they'd improve. Nope. Same rude employees, making the same mistakes. Everyone who works theres look like zombies. No one is friendly and only can comprehend what you order if you scream apparently. Also, when a customer orders a sandwich and asks for a specific bagel type with added bacon, THATS 1 SANDWICH. Maybe you should fix your menu and avoid more problems than you already do. Lowest I can go is 1 but you deserve 0 after several years of failure.

The girl taking orders was very rude and short with me when she took my order. Talking fast and abrupt. Made me feel like I was bothering her. Need better manners when taking orders.

i come here just about every day for the same coffee, never really had an issue before. for some reason the girl at the drive thru today was absolutely horrid and could barely let me get out my order before cutting me off with a quick “is that it”. i’ve never had such poor service thankfully the gentleman at the drive thru window was helpful. 2/10
