Great customer service, but poor quality.nnI have tried to give this place a chance, but they have messed up my order too many times. They either need to reprint their labels to be more clear or double check what they are making. I get the same thing every time - hazelnut swirl - but every other time, I get a shot. There's nothing worse than driving to work in the morning and having to stop twice to get your coffee remade. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LABELS

This Dunkin Donuts was remodeled in April 2021. It now has the new modern bar layout. It is a relatively small store with no indoor seating capability. There very limited parking. The drive-thru Lane is also limited, if more than 3-4 cars are waiting, you will be line up out in the road. The few times I have been there recently the staff has been friendly, they were good people, however, the store has been understaffed and so the service has been slow. The quality of the products were consistent with what you expect from Dunkin Donuts.

I love dunks food and the people are always nice but I can't do your coffee. It's just here but I want 1 cream and I feel as if my coffee is actually cream with one coffee lol. Again love food can't do your coffee anymore.

Good coffee but the coffee cup tops on their hot coffees are horrible spill all over your vehicle. They need to go back to their old style.

Website says they open at 5:00 I sat at the drive-thru for 35 minutes before someone took my orde now it's 5:29, then I asked what time they actually do open just to have the girl tell me they open at 4:30 but they were running a little late SERIOUSLY a little late.poor customer service there.
