Bruce and his crew are true professionals.nThe weather conditions to install in were unbelievable. More than 2 feet of snow and way below freezing temperatures. I am of Finnish decent and grew up using saunas as a child so I take my saunas very seriously. After painstaking research I elected to work with Bruce at Finn Country Sauna Sales. Bruce was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Together we chose Finlandia Saunas. The kit I received was of exceptionally high quality and easy and fun to put together, and I am a senior and not involved with the trades. Bruce threw in a few extras that I did not expect, and his price was the best I could find. Two years later, the experience of both the sauna and the service stand as a positive experience for me. My sauna was set up a few weeks ago by Bruce at Finn Country. He delivered it and assembled it within a few hours. It is gorgeous, it smells wonderful with fresh cedar wood and works perfectly. It is an authentic Finnish sauna, known to have many health benefits. Bruce was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this company.
Let me just start by saying that Bruce is seriously patient!nHe was attentive to every detail and question I had. He matched the volume, of the sauna, up with the heater, perfectly. For all of my questions and concerns, Finlandia and Bruce had excellent solutions.nThe quality of the material is second to none. Imperfections were nonexistent. I went with the Xenio controller for the heater. It was well worth the price of admission.nBe forewarned...you will need a place (garage) to stage the kit...it came on a 8’ long “skid”, 4’ wide, 3’ tall. Everything was well protected and free of damage.
