Sheena and two other were very friendly and fast today! one lady asked for my order and started making it which was a large coffee and two sugars with a side of ice, Sheena was finishing up with customers on the register but had my order ring in before I got there. My coffee was ready the moment my payment completed. They were all giving each other some guff and friendly banter, just having fun and handing out great customer service! it was just a super pleasant atmosphere today!
Best place for coffee!!! Highly recommend if you are a Keene State Student, they provide a student discount, and many more exclusive offers time to time. Staffs are amazing!!
Not crazy about much of their food, but Dunkin's coffee is always fresh, hot and tasty.
I just went there two relax and seeing different senare and listening to there music and and there tv and they do a wonderful job with Greeting me and Customer service prefect speed and this is my favorite spot to hang out there
Poco was rude and did not seem happy to be there at all and was doing things harshly and the person making the food was throwing the bags with food in them on to the counter. They definitely were not working together today.
