I can’t say enough bad things about this place. Mike/michael is great, I always get my order right when he’s there. Everyone else can’t tell the difference between a doughnut and a muffin. The managers/supervisors aren’t any better, they’re probably the worst part. They’re rude and clearly don’t care about the customers, their job, or anything else.
Terrible experience every time I do a to go order. You would think the purpose is to have it ready so when you get there, you grab and go. It’s never ready and every time I ask for a reason why it’s aways and attitude and never there fault. I will not be returning for the donuts and coffee I get every sat.
Found a blue sparkly finger nail in the bottom of my iced tea after I finished it. Quite possibly the grossest thing I've ever experienced. I called to let them know and they offered me 3 free coffees...
5 people working and still are not able to get any of my orders right for the past few days. Good luck if you go here.
