I recently moved near this Dunkin’ and it’s been a really great experience. I go every day and get the same thing- always made right! They usually remember my order and always have great customer service. I’m always really happy to see their manager- she not only treats customers well, but I love seeing how well she treats their staff. Thanks everyone at court street Dunkin’! I appreciate the good coffee and great service!
Instead of coming to the counter to asked what I'd like they just gathered in a group and made fun of me for not wearing a mask. Did not even ask me if there was a reason for it, or list any alternative ways that they could serve me. One lady threw a cup on the ground to act out a tantrum, this was supposed to be me for not having a mask on. Dunkin Donuts employees should know that some people cannot wear masks for various reasons. So unbelievably rude and immature.
This girl loves Dunks.
Got two orders wrong every time I go with my friends every weekend. One if witch has a allergies. So sadly yet again had to go back just to fix the mistake. It happens every weekend when we go so it's kinda messed up.
Best Dunkin around and obviously there are dunkin's everywhere now. The staff are super friendly and know how to prepare coffee the right way. It's also a beautiful place in a perfect location. ud83dudc4d
