The service here was awesome. The owners have a great store with great products, but that is not what matters. You can have the best stuff and be a failing business without the customer service aspect. They helped us find the bed we wanted. When we found out the bank wouldn't loan us enough for it the owners didn't look at us with disgust or disgrace they continued having a conversation with us as if they have known us for years. We came back the next day and bought the perfect bed for us in our budget. When the bed arrived, they brought everything to our home and set it up for us, it was nice not having to lift a finger. That is where they win is in their awesome home town customer service.

They have amazing customer service. My husband and I spent a weekend looking for a mattress set. Every store we went to the sales people were either nonexistent or in our faces. We had one sales associate from a big name store actually lay on the beds next to us. I felt very uncomfortable. I found a bed I liked but refused to purchase it from that store. The owners of Saunder Furniture were very polite and extremely professional. They answered all of our questions but gave us our space. All of my future furniture and bedding purchases will be from Saunder Furniture and Bedding!!! Thank you guys!!!
