Super friendly staff! I mean wow, they are really nice!!nSadly, the coffee doesn't have much real flavor and prices are too high. Hot drinks are barely luke warm, when we requested extra hot, they still weren't what we would call hot. The coffee used is very weak, zero boldness. Overly sweet.nOnce again, the staff are super friendly. The coffee? Not very good to someone who spent many years of his life in Seattle and knows what great coffee is.nNothing but love to the staff, I just wish corporate would research what makes a great espresso.
Service was nice, but the coffee itself was very meh for the price. I do like that they have plant milk options though.

Vanilla latte tastes like syrupud83dude29ud83dude2bSickeningly sweet. I couldn't even taste coffee. Save your money & head to Starbucks down the street. They always get it right.
Line didn't move one speck. Lined up out to the street. Called to see if we should move on, but they hung up without even saying hello. Twice. Travelling with aged people and a dog that really had a hard time with the trip in the first place. Making the trip longer with no explanation in a blizzard didn't make my 5 star experience.
