Lichti's TV, Appliance, & Furniture Center

Recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher from Lichti’s and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service, product knowledge, efficient purchasing experience, and installation/removal of existing appliance. Reka, the saleswoman, was friendly and honest. Darin, the installer, did a wonderful and careful job of removing the existing dishwasher and installing the new one. Would definitely recommend Lichti’s to anyone wanting to purchase appliances with a local hometown retailer.

This is my grandmothers review from Facebook. Just spreading it aroundnnThis store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought all new appliances from them 4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with the refrigerator. They replaced a part for $146.00 to only have the same thing wrong a week later. They kept giving me the run around for 4 month. Until all the food in it spoiled as it wasn’t keeping it cold enough did they try to do something. The manufacturer agreed to refund me the purchase price but Lichtis would not let me have it unless I bought from them, pay $125 to have it delivered in town and $100 for using it the last 4 years.nSince I will NEVER do business with them again I had to pay for a new one somewhere else and am still trying to get the money for the old one.nHad to pay a $75 in town delivery charge one other time for an appliance I bought.nGiving them one star is being generous!
