Penske Truck Rental

The truck performed well. I topped off the fuel and drove 30 miles to return it. They dinged me for 9 gallons at $8/gallon. I have no clue how that is possible.

Rented a 16 foot truck from these guys last weekend, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. First, their customer service was excellent - Gail was very responsive and helpful in all aspects of the rental and return. He was very informative about the options available without being pushy at all. The truck they provided me ran great for the entire 1,000 miles I drove it, was comfortable and clean, and had A/C. The box of the truck was so much better than their competitors - no “shelf” to waste space, and best of all, no wheel wells to have to work around when packing. Will definitely use these guys again if the need arises.

Although I haven't used them yet I will say their website is user friendly and you can talk to anyone who will help you get the truck you need to hire.

Had to turn a truck in at the wrong location and this was the closest. Guy I dealt with was a real lifesaver! And their trucks are excellent!
