I was greeted by a courteous and welcoming masseuse whose name I learnt later was Jennifer. The place is immaculate! Clean, well decorated and spacious. I immediately felt at home and relaxed. I opted for a Swedish style massage as I have been feeling tense lately. Jennifer was able to find the various knots in my back and attended to them diligently with a mix of firm and gentle pressure with her fingers or elbow as needed. She also incorporated stretching of the arms which was most welcome. She was attentive throughout the session and would ask if I was comfortable,: was the pressure much or did I want to turn it up a note. Soft relaxing music played in background and the lighting had me almost falling asleep from the relaxation. All in all, a great experience. I will return and this time opt for a Thai type of massage to really stretch my aging limbs.

Great place, went in with a tight muscle in my shoulder that had my neck all messed up and the gal worked my shoulder muscles. Went home feeling great. Good clean place and friendly.

Received my massage Thursday evening January 17th ~ I was greeted at the door by Jennifer who is very welcoming and she was able to take me right away as I was experiencing serious neck pain. Jennifer focused in on my needs and then I received a full 1 hour message. I highly recommend Health Massage in Cottage Grove to those who are experiencing sore, aching muscles and for those just looking for a good place to go.
