The storage manager, Miranda was so helpful! When I was first searching for public storage in my area this popped up so I decided to give the website a view. Prices were very reasonable. I noticed I was able to take care of the whole process online without even having to go in, so I signed up, and had my access code and unit number within minutes. When I arrived they had contactless procedures available and my unit was ready for use with a complimentary lock and key. The storage facility is very clean, well-lit, and comfortable. I'm very pleased with this facility and feel confidence in storing my things here. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone looking for Storage Solutions!

Needed a space for my 34' travel trailer to park last minute. Steven at the Cottage Grove location was so helpful that I had to write a good review for him!! He answered all my questions and was direct and up front with all the services provided. Totally hassle free to sign up with this company! Everything can be done electronically and is super efficient! I recieved all the agreement and info on my phone so no paperwork.. I will be calling them again when I need storage!! Steven was an example of impeccable service!

So far my dealing with Extra Space Storage have been great. I set everything up online with no problems. When my storage unit was ready they called me to let me know. The message was friendly and welcoming. The email was helpful and had a map to help show me when my storage unit is. The unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. So far so good...

The process of getting the locker was extremely smooth and after shopping around with other companies, can confidently say the care and engagement of the team is unmatched. The storage unit is spotless, feels like i’m the first one using it and when the team walked me back to look at it and lock it up, they called out the need for ice melt because of some of the build up and that was all taken care of before I returned to store items for the first time. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage short term or long as the rental is month to month, which is another huge bonus!

I did online rapid rental and was in my rental until within an hour. Seemless transaction, received texts and emails with all the info that I needed. Rental space was clean and well lit. Received phone follow up from Steven next day to make sure everything was as it should be, which it was. Very satisfied.
