Alissa Herrin is wonderful to work with. I asked her to locate a specific piece of furniture and she was kind in her approach and provided open communication in regards to the search. Fabulous job!

I would give zero or negative stars if that was an option. We have purchased several furniture items from this store, the last item being a bed. It turned out to be a complete piece of junk. They did send a tech to our home and we were told our bed would be replaced. Several weeks have gone by, we have not heard a word from them, I have called probably 50 times and emailed several times as well. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

Ordered a couch 4 months ago, at that time it was supposed be here to two weeks. Haven’t seen it yet and they don’t have a clue...zero stars for this place, would not recommend the furniture mart.
