We had a great experience at Ashley Furniture. I was very indecisive on my purchase of a new dining room table and Our salesperson, Keri, was very patient and understanding when I needed some extra time to think about it. She was very helpful in my decision making process and went to check the availability of all of the pieces that we were interested in. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely be back in the future!

My husband and I went in to look around with a specific idea of what we wanted. We couldn’t seem to decide tho. Kaci was so helpful and patient with us as we wandered around for 2 days! She gave us some great ideas and feedback on our choices. Thank you!!!

We had a great experience when we visited the local Ashley store. The sales person; Keri Montanye who helped us with our recliner purchase was wonderful and quite knowledgeable. If you ever want to be promised your order been delivered to a certain time and never been fulfilled then this is your store. we waited 3 weeks for order that was supposed to take 2 days. No explanation and never come till we canceled the whole thing I explained this situation to my neighbor who confirmed she had the same problem I'm just wondering whether this is a problem everyone has it or the store is discriminating a certain community

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a wheel break on my lift table and I spilled some oil on a dining table shortly after purchasing from this store. I had to wait a month to have a tech come out and assess the tables - all he did was take photos, which had already been done. I have had to call at least twice weekly to motivate staff to get a plan together. It has now been two months and no one has called to update me, not do they have any information regarding the techs visit. Customer care is extremely hard to get ahold of and half of the time I am explaining the issue to someone new. There is no follow up whatsoever and the care is highly unorganized. I will never go back to this store and do not recommend shopping here.
