I love Heather. She’s the only prenatal specialist though so it’s a little hard to schedule but I guess I don’t mind taking a couple hours out of my work day for a massage!nnThey did increase the package prices without informing me but still a decent deal.
I bought a gift certificate for my son who relocated. Unable to use it, I have tried to put the money toward a gift certificate for a friend. For the past 4 years, the front desk has refused to give me a refund or transfer it to a gift certificate. Even though it was a gift, they will not give me a gift certificate card. When I recently called the manager and asked for a refund, she said she could not find me in the system.nPrior to that, the front desk found my accounts.nI have never experienced disrespectful customer service like this. Unfortunate to have them in the business of healing body, mind and spirit. So sad.nnI am happy to say this has been resolved by coming to a compromise and giving me a paper gift certificate.
Great place if you love having your appointment cancelled the day of or hour before. Also, they won't let me cancel my membership! A manager is always suppose to be calling me back. FYI they will only let you cancel your membership if you are moving very far away or for a medical reason. Ridiculous.
1st off it's very hard to schedule an appointment. I was trying to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. They are supposedly booked out for a month. And you must have a credit card to secure the appointment. When on line it says nothing about it. I carry cash only never cards. Way to loose business. I will go somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time!
