Beltmann Moving and Storage

Our move coordinator Lizzie McAdam was excellent. Knowledgeable, organized, courteous, professional and thorough. I really appreciated having her as our coordinator during our out-of-state move. I am recommending Beltmann and specifically Lizzie, as well as Chris Lehman who provided us our move estimates. Chris was super friendly, patient, and dependable. Movers ended up using less boxes than our original quote and just as Lizzie said, we were refunded the difference---I didn't even have to ask for the refund; it just appeared on my credit card statement!

We had such a good experience with Beltmann! The salesman, Chris, was really helpful and patient with me (I was anxious about a moving to a different state for the first time, not to mention during a pandemic) which I appreciated, and he and the coordinator Liz were very responsive and efficient, two things I really appreciate. The lead mover, Erich, was super cool and friendly, and we actually had fun with him! He was a great conversationalist while also very time efficient. He was a true professional, and I was so thankful for that since it was my first time with all of this stuff. Let's not forget the helpers who were working with Erich in both states - also really hard workers and very friendly. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Beltmann!

Moving our business was a breeze with Beltmann Relocation Group! The whole experience was just so positive. During our initial walk through Kris gave recommendations and offered suggestions. This helped us with how we would best strategize our packing. The day of the move Matt arrived with the three large trucks on time and the crew was efficient and friendly. Our equipment and furniture was handled carefully. When we all arrived to the storage unit everything was packed in with expert consideration and care. I feel very comfortable going in and locating something I may need between now and reopening in a new location someday. Thank you so much for the wonderful move!

If I could give zero stars I would have. This company is an absolute nightmare to work with! This company was subcontracted by tempurpedic to deliver a mattress. Tempurpedic would be smart to drop them. My mattress was delivered to Beltmann Oct 14th and Beltmann’s lack of professionalism when they would call me at 9:30 to tell me they would be at my house at 11:00 I am a teacher and can’t just leave my job or answer my phone. Then I would return the call give many many many times-they don’t answer their phones or respond to messages. I eventually got to the corporate offices who subcontracted them and it would seem the corporation knows this group is a joke because they knew immediately when I was having issues that I was from MN. Apparently corporate had to ride them to get them to even answer the phones and while talking to these people I got the details of the tempur contract. None of which Beltmann full filled. Finally on December 11 I received a phone call to schedule a threshold exchange for them to take the old mattress and leave the new one. I was assured the driver would call 1/2 before delivery and they could in fact take the old mattress. NOPE!! The driver showed up at 6:30 pm unannounced, backed into the driveway, dumped the bed and left! They never took the old mattress. And ITS THE WRONG delivery!! Had I known they were not taking the old one I would not have let them come and since it’s the wrong one my nightmare continues! Never use this company!!!!!! It will take you two months to get the wrong delivery.

Top notch moving service! We have gone through 4 cross country moves and this one was by far the smoothest. Excellent costumer service, easy to contact, realistic expectations, reasonable price, and excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
