They showed up unannounced when they knew they were supposed to give us a call before coming and the driver even admitted that he forgot. Then he couldn't find our address because his GPS was way out of date and didn't show our semi new building. Once he finally found us, then when he opened up his trailer he realized that our freight was not even on his load like it was supposed to be. Then after that I Left a message for the shipping manager whoever the driver gave me his number was, and he never returned my call. It was an urgent load and now nobody will get back to me. I called on a Saturday and they said that they can't do anything until Monday.
Backcharged $40 on a shipment a week later for 1 minute of detention. Convenient at best, shady at worst
Dohrn Transfer is a Horrible company to deal with they are always late, typically rude, and they consistently damage equipment. 4 out of 4 shipments were damaged or bCkcharged. We deal with 8 other shipoer/trucking companies on a daily basis. Dohrn is the worst.
