Our sales woman Erica was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She helped walk us through many different beds until we fell in love. Overall was pleased with our experience and feel confident purchasing here again, and if any issues arise in the future that we will be well taken care of.
From the start of our search for furniture to the delivery we received top notch customer service. Erika, at the Roseville store, helped us find the perfect fabric for our chairs and was patient with our many questions and anxieties. This was our first time purchasing quality furniture and she made it fun and un-intimidating. The delivery team gave great care to bringing in our sofa, were great with our dog, and even helped my husband get the last section of our old Ikea couch into his truck. We will be lifetime customers and send all our friends to Schneiderman's!
My daughter bought a couch from here four years ago and spent over $1400. The frame broke on it, she called them they reached out to the manufacturer and the manufacture is only willing to provide a frame for free however labor will be at least $450 to replace it!!nI am shocked, I have purchased bedroom sets, couches and an office suite from Schneiderman’s in the past several years. I do not think I will be purchasing any additional furniture here either.nI would expect this to happen to a much cheaper couch, but she is a single person with no children, there is no way this should have happened!!nFed up
