I bought a nice crib from here out of the box. I asked for the instructions and was told to go online to download them. Since everything seemed ok and most things are online I thought why not. I have been trying to reach someone online. No one is available. I called the store to ask for help they refused to help. I asked them if they had another crib told them the model but refused to even look. The process are good my warning is make sure you have all the pieces before you buy it. Otherwise you life will be made very difficult. I won't buy furniture here again.
