They were extremely busy so it toon a bit to get a representative to chat with, which was actually nice to be able to browse a bit first. Staff we did interact with was extremely helpful and gave meaningful suggestions and feedback based on our choices and needs. Patiently waiting for our furniture set to arrive later this month!

So excited to have ordered our new deck furniture and fire pit. We started our search here last fall. There was no comparison to By The Yard it didn't matter where we went. One return trip we knew we have made the right decision. Bonus is you won't find a better warranty either.

Helpful staff (particularly Brittany who gets 5 stars). The store does mandate that you use hand sanitizer before you come in (and given the health warning about the use of sanitizer, I feel they should not mandate their customers do that, and the male employee was somewhat curt about this). Their prices are much higher than they should be for recycled plastic furniture, but the items appear well made and have a solid 35 year warranty. There is a slight bit of pretentiousness to the company, including their process of not having any inventory on hand and haughty persona that there's no other furniture that rivals there's (they are frankly wrong... There are plenty of other manufacturers out there, including most that are far more reasonably priced). Currently, they are 2+ months out for deliveries, although they are at least offering free delivery within a 100 mile radius of their Jordan location.

Were VERY happy with our recent purchase of the Mission glider chairs! Megan was a gem to work with and never felt rushed or pushed into “bigger ticket items”. She listened to my concerns and helped me (multiple times) narrows down the choice to make our fire area perfect! Impressed with the quality on the build and even with delivery. You can tell is handled with care and not just thrown around. Thanks again Megan & all who helped us!
