Stopped to look for a mattress for my daughter, didn't have a lot of money to spend but my daughter really needed a new one. The sales guy, I believe his name was Craig, was really helpful. He didn't try to get me to go for one of the more expensive mattresses. He talked to my daughter about what she wanted and treated her like a young adult and helped her find a mattress she liked at a price that I liked. If we ever need a new mattress again we would go back.

I’ve never been to a Mattress Firm before and didn’t know what to expect. I went to the store in Maple Grove looking for an adjustable bed for my mother. They listened to what I needed and asked questions so that they were able to recommend the best bed for the best price to meet my mother’s needs. They were kind, considerate and very helpful. I would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them.

Bryan was very helpful in helping me find my perfect mattress! Got a great deal on everything! Have not had a new bed since 2009 and have upgraded to a queen size! I would recommend this business to my friends and family!

My wife and I bought a mattress from Ryan, he made it a great experience. He did a great job finding a mattress that was right for us and in our price range. He also did a great job setting expectations so there were no surprises. The two delivery guys were very nice and helpful as well. There was a small issue with their automated texting service but they caught it right away and straightened it out which I feel is highly unusual for automated type services. Impressed me! This experience convinced me that there is quite a bit of value in purchasing from a store vs a box mattress that is trending on the Internet. Thank you!!!!
