Absolutely wonderful experience. I explained what kind of research I had done so far and what I thought I wanted in a bed. They had me try a few, and I was ready to buy a bed by the end of the appointment (one I hadn’t even considered before then). I feel so confident in my purchase, and I was able to get a discount through them. Would recommend to anyone considering getting a new bed!

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. No rush and no pressure. Staff, Pari, was knowledgeable of all mattress types. I informed her that I am a back, stomach, side sleeper. She directed me in the right direction and explained each choice. I narrowed my choices to two beds. I informed her that I still needed to go to Mattress Firm and also think about the two beds I tried there; again I felt no pressure. My experience was the opposite at Mattress Firm. I will be ordering through Sleep Sherpa. I appreciate their service and concept and want to support small businesses.

We had a great experience at Sleep Sherpa! Jessica was incredibly helpful and provided some great recommendations of beds to try. We ended up purchasing the Lytton Sleep Comfort Plush. We appreciated the seriousness of keeping customers safe by having appointments only at the store to ensure physical distancing can be followed. They also provided lovely smelling hand sanitizer spray for hands and a soft bed sheet to use while trying out the beds. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I highly recommend scheduling a visit at the Sleep Sherpa. You will not be disappointed!

This place is great! I had my mind focused on a certain online brand, but once I had the opportunity to lay on it at Sleep Sherpa, I realized it was NOT for me. I then tried out all the other mattresses they had and found the perfect one for me. The staff was super helpful, low-pressure, and found the best deal on the mattress I chose. She even ordered it for me right from the manufacturer. Highly recommend this place!

The owner helped us find a mattress a couple years ago and we are still so happy with our decision. This is such a great idea. I try to recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress. It saved us quite a bit of money compared to mattress firm too.
